Help Me Now: Overview

When an Arxis client needs help, it?s readily available in a number of forms:

  1. Telephone - Between 8am - 5pm PST, please call 877-948-2600 and ask for our tech support coordinator. We will log the case in CRM and find an available consultant to assist you.
  2. E-mail - (This e-mail is monitored during business hours: 8am - 5pm PST)
  3. Online - using our web-based support tool - GoToAssist, we can remotely connect to your system and provide assistance. For online support, please call our tech support coordinator first to get connected with a consultant.
  4. Onsite - for an onsite appointment, please call the tech support line or your Arxis account manager.
