Help Me Now: Overview
When an Arxis client needs help, it?s readily available in a number of forms:
- Telephone - Between 8am - 5pm PST, please call 877-948-2600 and ask for our tech support coordinator. We will log the case in CRM and find an available consultant to assist you.
- E-mail - firstname.lastname@example.org (This e-mail is monitored during business hours: 8am - 5pm PST)
- Online - using our web-based support tool - GoToAssist, we can remotely connect to your system and provide assistance. For online support, please call our tech support coordinator first to get connected with a consultant.
- Onsite - for an onsite appointment, please call the tech support line or your Arxis account manager.
