When an Arxis client needs help, it?s readily available in a number of forms:
- Telephone ? Between 8am ? 5pm PST, please call 866-624-2600 and ask for our tech support coordinator. Dena Rogers or Lydia Trinone will log the case in CRM and find an available consultant to assist you.
- E-mail ? techsupport@arxistechnology.com (This e-mail is monitored during business hours: 8am ? 5pm PST)
- Online ? using our web-based support tool - NTRglobal, we can remotely connect to your system and provide assistance. For online support, please call our tech support coordinator first to get connected with a consultant.
- Onsite ? for an onsite appointment, please call the tech support line or your Arxis account manager.
