CRM Consultant

Arxis is experiencing rapid and dynamic growth in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practice and is looking for a top CRM consultant with 1-2 years of direct CRM experience.  Our CRM practice focuses on helping clients successfully and skillfully implement Sage CRM in order to transform how they market, sell and service to grow revenues, and build and strengthen customer relationships.  
The position will require the consultant to lead or support one or more CRM projects for clients of various sizes in a wide range of industries.  The consultant will be responsible for the successful delivery of the project as well as hands-on implementation and development work.   In addition, the consultant will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring clients on methodology, business process, and technology.

The ideal candidate must have the following background and skills:

• Ability to analyze front office processes (sales, marketing, and customer service) to identify opportunities for improvement  and re-engineering 
• 2-3 years experience developing, implementing and/or deploying business applications - Sage CRM or other CRM experience a plus
• Adept at designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions
• Strong client interaction and consultative skills
• Strong technical skills including knowledge or experience with the following:
• Windows 2000 or 2003 Server
• Microsoft SQL Server
• Web development tools (HTML, ASP, Java script)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
